Future Meetings

The Celtic Studies Association of North America will be holding its annual conference on the campus of Harvard University from April 11 to 14, 2019. Anyone wishing to give a paper at the conference (twenty minutes, with another ten minutes allotted for discussion) should send via e-mail an abstract between 250 and 500 words to Professor Joseph Nagy, the chair of the program committee (jfnagy@fas.harvard.edu), no later than Monday, January 14. The preliminary program will be announced by Friday, February 1. Those giving papers at the conference are requested to be CSANA members in good standing (new or continuing). For more information about membership and the benefits that come with it—including subscription to The North American Journal of Celtic Studies--see:http://celtic.cmrs.ucla.edu/csana/join.html.

Alongside the paper sessions, the conference will feature a plenary lecture, a welcoming reception, a movie night, a banquet, and possibly a field trip for those staying on into Sunday afternoon. More information will be sent out to CSANA members in due course. We expect the conference to begin in the afternoon of the eleventh, and to conclude in the late morning of the fourteenth.

On behalf of the 2019 CSANA program committee, JFN
